Yes, this is certainly a 'wow' picture, just look at the clouds again as they shine through the stones - it almost looks like a professional photo!
Great photo. I'd never heard of the standing stones. Here in Houston, about all we get is standing water, from our frequent rains. :-)
yeah this is one of my favourite pictures too. It was a magnificent place to be. btw, it should have said 3000-2500BC, not "years ago", so I guess that makes it even more impressive!
